Development Description

Welcome to Log Home Renovation

Tandem was retained to broker an atypical off-market real estate transaction. What started off as a simple renovation turned into a full-gut renovation with complete and careful rerouting of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within existing log construction/features. Tandem was also trusted to provide general contracting services for the project.
