Welcome to Residential Renovation

Tandem was engaged to completely redesign an existing single-family home near Downtown Traverse City. The floor plan was completely reconfigured to turn a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house into a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with an island kitchen.

Tandem served as the developer, architect, and general contractor for this project.
